1994 Bentley Turbo R Series III. Finished in Ebony Black Metallic with Parchment Hide and black piping. Black carpets piped in Parchment with picnic tables fitted to the rear. The Bentley Turbo R was very much a development of the Mulsanne before it - but the changes it made were substantial enough to really reinvigorate the companys image. While the Mulsanne felt a little weedy and floaty, the Turbo R felt powerful, determined and capable. The press of the era loudly proclaimed the Turbo R to be the best of the companys offerings in decades. This beautiful Turbo R was supplied to the previous keeper by Hanwell’s of London in 2021 and they had known the car for many years and has been maintained regardless of cost. Accompanying the car is a large history folder containing the original dealers wallet with all handbooks and manuals as well as a fully stamped service book from Bentley main dealers and specialists, over the last three years the car has been maintained by Flying B Bentley specialists and was last serviced on August 16th of this year. It also has a mot through to August 2025 with no advisories. On the road the car performs just as well as it looks, the V8 turbocharged engine really gets up and goes and is very impressive for such a big car whilst retaining extreme comfort and elegance all at the same time. The 17” alloy wheels really set the car of and it rides on matching Michelin tyres which have covered less than 4,000 miles. Total mileage covered is 118,000 although the Bentley looks and performs like its done half of that. Today, this timeless Bentley Turbo R is presented in great condition having covered less than 500 miles since being serviced.
