Introduced in 1989 and running in production til 1995, the present example we have for sale is from the later period of the models run and it was also Ferraris first series production convertible model since the Daytona Spider. In late 1993, the 348 was revised, featuring subtle styling changes - front grille, rear chrome Cavallino and removable seat cushions, and more power - this time 312 hp from the same 3.4-litre engine, with an improved version of the Bosch Engine Management System and a new single muffler exhaust system. The car has stamps in the service book from 1996, 1997, 1998, 1999, 2001 and 2006 with service and maintenance work done with supplying invoices between 2011 and 2024 with a combination of the works carried out being Ferrari Main Dealers or Specialists including highly reputable and renowned Emblem Sportscar of Hampshire and Stradale Italia of Uttoxeter with work on the car between 2011 and 2024 coming to over £22,000 alone. The most recent work has been carried out in May 2024 which included Cambelt, AUX and Compressor Belt changes a well as Engine Oil, Brake & Gearbox fluid changes during its comprehensive service.
