PROS Good value, plenty of kit, comfortable roomy interio As a large SUV the new Kia Sorento is a better bet than the previous model and it's safe to say that Kia has dramatically moved the game along with this latest offering. The new model is better looking, it's got an improved interior, has more kit, is more fuel efficient and it's superior on the road. It's lower and longer too. With prices for the diesel version starting at £22.5k you'll be happy to hand over your money without too much soul searching. There's enough competition out there though: good-value seven-seat 4x4s are not hard to come by and if space isn't your priority you could easily go for a Nissan Qashqai+2 and not feel you're selling yourself short. The Honda CR-V, Hyundai Santa Fe or even SsangYong Rexton could well be on your list but this new Sorento, complete with a seven-year/100,000-mile warranty and new technology, could well be a headache for these rivals. 10 way electric power adjustable drivers, 12V power point for Row 2, 12V power point front, 19" Alloy wheels, 2nd row centre armrest with built-in cup, 3 passenger grab handles, 3 point seatbelts on all seats, 4 way electrically adjustable lumbar sup, 50/50 split/folding 3rd row of seats, 8 way electrically adjustable passenger , 8" touch screen sat nav with TMC, ABS/EBD, Active front headrests, Adaptive cruise control, Adaptive front lighting including xenon , Alloy pedals, Ambient lighting, Anti theft alarm, Around View Monitor, Auto dimming rear view mirror, Automatic front wipers, Automatic headlights, Automatic unlocking of doors in case of , Blind spot monitor, Bluetooth conn
