It presents beautifully with the paintwork maintaining a great lustre and fully retrimmed leather upholstery. It has the desirable overdrive manual gearbox and a new Webasto roof has also been fitted and is as tight as a drum. Complimenting the car is a large history folder containing many bills and invoices with most recently £2200 spent at an MG specialist with the car covering less than 100 miles since, this work included a full service, perished coolant pipes replaced, new prop shaft universal joint, renew both handbrake gaiters, replace radiator, refill with fresh anti freeze, remove both carburettors, strip and rebuild using new parts, refit and retune engine adjusting ignition timing and finally fit a new overdrive switch. On the road the MG performs exceptionally well with a very strong engine, correct oil pressure and working overdrive and converted to run on unleaded fuel. Refurbished wheels have just been fitted along with brand new tyres making this MG all ready to be enjoyed in new hands.
