This particular car was supplied new by Glen Garage (Bletchley) Ltd Peugeot main dealers in Milton Keynes on the 1st August 1990 on the then brand-new H registration. The highly desirable Sorrento Edition was limited to 300 units all finished in stunning Sorrento Green with upgraded full grey leather with contrast stitching, electric sunroof, power steering, electric windows and unique grey carpets. Provenance: This 205 arrived with us with great provenance and had previously been sold by another well-established modern classic specialist. However, whilst a great example its paintwork was starting to show some signs of age. As such we decided to undergo a full glass out paintwork restoration in the factory limited edition colour scheme. It now really does look like new. With an extensive service history, old mots and invoices it really is a pleasure to read the history file of this vehicle. Exterior: Freshly restored the Sorrento green paintwork is absolutely superb. The shut lines and panel gaps are factory fresh and all the trim is correct and undamaged. The factory correct 14inch “Pepper pot” alloys are unmarked and are fitted with brand new premium tyres. Interior: The upgraded Full leather seats with contrast red stitch still look and feel amazing with very minimal wear. Everything feels tight and fresh in the cabin, all the controls work exactly as they should and there is no damage or marking to any of the interior trim. The parcel shelf is original and complete.Overview: The 205 GTI is rightly revered as a hot hatch icon with sharp handling, light weight for added “chuckability” and a free revving engine.
