We have the following service history recorded;, 1st service 16/02/2017 at 2,256 miles , 2nd service 11/04/2018 at 5,546 miles, 3rd service 24/01/2019 at 9,854 miles, 4th service 16/08/2019 at 19,377 miles, 5th service 08/07/2021 at 40,621 miles, 6th service 26/07/2022 at 48,844 miles - this included the cambelt change, 7th service 20/02/2024 at 57,244 miles - major service (oil, air, cabin filters, spark plugs and brake fluid change), A change in manufacturer recommendation (July ‘23) removed the 5 year interval for cambelt changes on all VWG cars, leaving a mileage-based interval of 140,000 miles for most vehicles. As an independent specialist workshop, Quattro Tech are recommending a 7 year or 100,000 mile change interval (whichever comes first) on all cambelts and this is the schedule we use when preparing vehicles for sale through Quattro Tech Cars.
